Issue ZATCA-ready invoices from every branch

Restaurant Management System puts a ZATCA-ready QR code on every receipt, with VAT applied at the till and branch sales in one place.

Who it’s for
Restaurant and F&B groups, and trading firms that issue high volumes of invoices through ERP Pro.
Runs on
Restaurant Management System, with ERP Pro alongside for trading firms.
Where it runs
Cloud or on-premise, multi-branch.

The problem today

Every branch's till has to produce a QR invoice.

In Saudi Arabia, invoices follow ZATCA e-invoicing rules, and the till has to produce them with a QR code. A restaurant group with several branches may run a different till at each, then reconcile VAT in spreadsheets at month end.

How it works today

  1. Each branch runs its own till, and the tills may differ.
  2. Every till has to produce invoices with a QR code.
  3. At month end, VAT is reconciled in spreadsheets.
  4. Branch sales are pulled together by hand.

How it works

  1. The cashier rings the sale.

A category-first point of sale lets the cashier ring the sale quickly, and VAT is added automatically.

    Category-first POS · VAT added

The cashier does not calculate VAT.

  2. A ZATCA-ready QR prints on the receipt.

The receipt carries a ZATCA-ready QR code, as part of ZATCA-ready invoicing.

    Every receipt carries it.

  3. The same sale updates the kitchen and stock.

The sale reaches the kitchen display and updates stock in the same flow.

    One entry, three places updated.

  4. Branch sales roll up in one place.

Each branch's sales are brought together in one place.

No reconciling branch tills by hand.

  5. Trading firms use ERP Pro.

For trading firms, ERP Pro's KSA Compliance module prepares ZATCA-ready invoicing, with GOSI and WPS for payroll.

Invoices raised from ERP Pro are ZATCA-ready too.

Products involved

One system runs the till. One system keeps the books.

POS, kitchen, stock and ZATCA-ready invoicing in one flow.

Connecting Restaurant Management System sales to ERP Pro's books is integration work under Custom Development & Integration, not built in.

What changes

What changes at month end.

One flow from sale to kitchen to stock.

The sale that prints the receipt also updates the kitchen display and stock, so nothing is entered twice.

Product fact

No reconciling branch tills by hand.

VAT is applied at the till, so month end does not start with a spreadsheet reconciliation.

Product fact

Owners see every branch's sales in one place.

Branch sales roll up in one place, so a new branch adds a location, not another system.
