Privacy Policy

1.Who we are

Hub To AI, trading as AI Hub (“we”, “us”), is based in Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for the personal data collected through hubtoai.com (the “website”), as described in this policy.

You can reach us at info@hubtoai.com.

This policy covers visitors to the website. Customer product data is covered in customer contracts, and section 8 explains it briefly.

2.What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what the website records about visits.

We do not run user accounts on the website, and we do not take payments on it.

3.How we use it

• To answer your request, and to contact you about it.
• To send you the guide you asked for.
• To keep the website working and to filter out spam and abuse.
• To understand which pages people use, using the anonymous Site Stats in section 4.
• To keep the records we need to meet legal obligations.

We do not send marketing email. The only emails we send are the reply to your request and the link to your guide.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the information you send through the website to train AI models.

4.Site Stats and Google Search Console

Site Stats. We run our own visit statistics on our own server. They set no cookies, load no third-party script and use no tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics. Site Stats records:

• the pages visited and the day;
• the site that sent the visitor (for example Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or none);
• the device type;
• the visitor’s country and city, worked out from the network address with a free offline database, DB-IP Lite, so the address is not sent to any other service (IP geolocation by DB-IP);
• clicks on the “Book a demo”, WhatsApp and email links, by page and country.

Site Stats never stores your IP address or your browser’s user agent. To count a visitor once a day, it uses a hash that changes every day, and the hash is discarded at the end of each day. The country and city lookup is done on our own server.

Site Stats data is stored on the web server of our web hosting provider that hosts the website. We keep the individual visit records for 90 days and the daily totals for 25 months.

If you sign in to the AI Hub admin area as a member of our team, we set one cookie in your browser so that your own visits are left out of the visit counts. It holds no personal information, is not used to track anyone and is removed when you sign out. Visitors to the website do not receive this cookie.

Google Search Console. We use Google Search Console, a Google tool for website owners. It shows us how our pages appear in Google Search, such as search terms, clicks and impressions. That information comes from Google Search, not from a script on this website. We prove ownership of the site by placing a verification file on it. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Because Site Stats sets no cookies, the website needs no cookie banner.

5.Cookies

Our public pages set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

The only cookie we set for visitors is one called hub_guides, and only after you submit a guide form. It lets you download your guide again without filling in the form. It is signed, can be read only by our server (HttpOnly), is sent only on visits to our own site (SameSite=Lax) and expires after 180 days. No other cookies are set on our public pages.

6.YouTube, WhatsApp and other links

• YouTube videos load only when you press play, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). The preview pictures are stored on our own server, so nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with us in WhatsApp. From that moment you are in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the chat. We see the number and messages you send us.
• Fonts are served from our own server. The website makes no requests to Google Fonts.
• Social links (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) are ordinary links. The sites you visit through them have their own policies.

7.Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the services that help us run the website, and only as needed:

• Hosting: our web hosting provider, which hosts the website and holds the enquiry records and Site Stats.
• Email: messages to and from info@hubtoai.com, including our replies and guide emails, are sent and stored through Zoho Mail.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Each provider handles personal data only for the purpose we give it.

8.Our products and your own data

When a company uses AI Hub products, the information its staff, customers and callers put into those products belongs to that company. It is handled under the company’s agreement with us, not under this policy.

For the AI Voice Agent, voice processing uses a third-party speech service by default. KSA-hosted or on-premise voice processing is available on request. Where call recordings and transcripts are stored is the customer’s choice, per deployment option.

9.How long we keep it

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10.How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiry records and Site Stats sit on our hosting server, and only our team can open them, behind a login. Email sits in our Zoho Mail mailbox. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell the authorities and the people affected as the law requires.

11.Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong;
• delete your data;
• stop using your data;
• withdraw a consent you gave, at any time. This does not affect what we did before.

Write to info@hubtoai.com. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the competent data protection authority in Saudi Arabia.

12.Children

The website is for people who work in business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

13.Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. The change log:

• 7 October 2026: rewritten for the new website.
