Voice processing uses a third-party speech service by default. KSA-hosted or on-premise processing is available on request, and it is set per client. Recordings and transcripts have no default storage location: where they live is your choice, as shown for each option.
"Stays in KSA" applies to a Saudi cloud provider in KSA and to on-premise servers in KSA. It is never assumed for a client's own cloud account.
