1. Introduction
Welcome to AI Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Hub website (hubtoai.com) and all related products, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to Prompt Builder.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are intended to comply with the applicable regulations of the GCC jurisdictions in which we operate, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman, and the State of Kuwait.
2. Merchant of Record; Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you make a purchase through our website, you are purchasing from Paddle, who acts as the authorized reseller of our products. Paddle is responsible for:
- Processing all payments
- Issuing invoices and receipts
- Calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST
- Handling refund and chargeback requests
- Fraud detection and prevention

3. Description of Services
AI Hub provides AI-powered automation solutions and software products for businesses across the GCC region. Our current product offerings include:
- Prompt Builder — A bilingual AI-powered prompt builder that helps you create professional prompts for various content types in Arabic and English.
- Additional products and solutions as listed on our website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be compromised.
5. Subscription and Billing
5.1 Plans and Pricing
Our subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
5.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information.
5.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
5.5 Price Changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide you with advance notice. The new price will apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@hubtoai.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
6.2 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6.3 EU/UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. By accessing and using digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right.
6.4 GCC Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the applicable consumer protection laws of the Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or other GCC jurisdictions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Generate content that violates public morals or the laws of the GCC jurisdictions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without authorization
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without written permission
- Use our Services to build a competing product or service
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, and trademarks on the AI Hub website and Services are owned by AI Hub and are protected by intellectual property laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services (such as prompts generated with Prompt Builder). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE LAWS OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA AND OTHER GCC JURISDICTIONS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
- Our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Results obtained through our Services will be accurate or reliable
- AI-generated content will be free of errors or suitable for any specific purpose
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI Hub AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Saudi or GCC law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you generate or distribute using our Services
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
- You remain liable for any amounts owed
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14)
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration administered by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
14.3 GCC Jurisdictions
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence within the GCC.
