1. Overview
At AI Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.
Eligibility requirements:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase
- This is your first purchase of the product
- You have not previously received a refund from us
- Your account has not been terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Subscription renewals — Refunds apply only to the initial purchase, not to subsequent renewal charges
- Partial billing periods — We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle after the 30-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for violations — No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through any of the following methods:

5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and verified:
- We will acknowledge your request within 1-2 business days
- Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: approximately 2-3 business days
Please note that Paddle can only process refunds on card transactions less than 120 days old and PayPal transactions less than 179 days old.
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are separate actions:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
- Refund: A refund returns the payment you have already made. Refunds are subject to the eligibility requirements described above.
7. Consumer Rights
EU/UK consumers: You may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum. By accessing or downloading digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, you may acknowledge that you waive the statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
GCC consumers: Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of the Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or other GCC jurisdictions.
8. Special Circumstances
- Billing errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error, we will issue a full refund promptly upon verification.
- Service outages: If our Services experience significant, extended outages, we may offer account credits or prorated refunds at our discretion.
